From his first hands-on experiences alongside his father, Troy Bell made his mark in the construction industry. In 1983, he founded a painting business that rapidly transformed into a comprehensive remodeling company. As President of All Phase Waterproofing, Troy demonstrates practical expertise and entrepreneurial drive in every project.

Troy specializes in Façade Restoration, Fire, and Water damage restoration. He works on hotels, multi-family buildings, and commercial properties and is known for deep construction knowledge and precise team leadership.
